The most important part of any voice or data network is the cabling infrastructure. Statistics show that 70% to 80% of all system performance problems and failures are a result of poor installation practices. Exceeding pulling tension standards and twisting the cable can significantly reduce the performance of your voice and data networks. That's why ACC adheres to EIA/TIA 568A and 569 commercial building and structured cabling standards to insure system performance.
In addition to staff attendance in several vendor certification classes and EIA/TIA cabling standards seminars, ACC is a corporate member of BISCI. The Voice & Data Division of ACC employees have completed extensive training and attended industry-related certification classes and seminars. ACC is committed to providing employees continuing education in industry standards and emerging technologies in order to provide you with the best options available to meet your voice, video, and data needs.
